    You’ll need:

    • An iron or heat press

    • A thin pressing cloth or pillowcase

    • A clean, flat surface

    💫 Step-by-Step Instructions

    • Preheat the fabric:

      • Lay your garment flat and smooth out any wrinkles.

      • Lightly iron the area where you’ll place the patch for about 5 seconds to warm it up.

    • Position the patch:

      • Place your patch embroidered side up and adhesive side down exactly where you want it.

      • Cover it with a thin cloth or pillowcase to protect the design.

    • Apply heat:

      • Set your iron to medium-high (no steam) or your heat press to 305°F (150°C).

      • Press firmly for 15–20 seconds.

      • Do not move the iron around — hold it steady with even pressure.

    • Flip & press again:

      • Turn the garment inside out and press the back side of the fabric for another 10–15 seconds.

      • This helps the adhesive bond securely.

    • Let it cool:

      • Allow the patch to cool completely before wearing or washing.

      • Once cool, check the edges — if any corners lift, press again for a few seconds.
