Shipping Policy

All orders ship within 5 business days of the purchase date. All orders ship via UPS. Every package is insured.

Return & Exchange Policy

Refund Policy: Unless the item is damaged, an item cannot be returned. You have 7 days to return faulty or damaged items.

To start a return, you can contact us at therapythreadsllc@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, custom name items, or gift cards.

Exchanges
At Therapy Threads, each item is made with care and intention — many of our products are custom embroidered or personalized to order. Because of this, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on custom or personalized items once your order has been confirmed and production has begun.

Please take a moment to review your order details carefully before submitting, including spelling, sizing, thread color, and design choice.

If there is an error on our end (such as a design, color, or personalization mistake different from what was approved), we will gladly remake or correct the item at no additional cost.

If you believe your order was made incorrectly, please contact us within 3  business days of receiving your confirmation email, and we will make a note that an order was submitted by mistake.  

We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business — every order helps us continue to provide therapeutic, meaningful creations that bring comfort and connection.


 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
